Writing for Public Relations

Writing for Public Relations was focused on all of the different formatting in the Public Relations field. Throughout the semester, we learned how to write and format a backgrounder, fact sheet, news release, photo opportunity, pitch email, feature story, radio & television P.S.A. scripts, a boilerplate, and more.

The final press kit was written for the 2019-20 Pioneer Star, Dejah Monea Tillman, at Point Park University’s Pioneer Records.
