Below is Arianna’s work from her studies.
Accounting For Managers
Tasked with creating a business plan focused on accounting principles, our team created a kid’s subscription box called The Kid Box. The plan was developed with the help of Amber Shepard, Kaitlyn Pawlowski and Emily Gorcsan.
Read the full business plan here or view our presentation below.
Marketing
Our team (Arianna Khalil, Chelsey Fowler, Emily Miller, Mercedes Williams, Bradley Calleja) worked to produce a real marketing strategy that was ultimately presented to executives from the marketing team at PPG Paints. The project included company research & analysis, goals & objectives, marketing strategies, creative concepts, budgeting, a timeline for execution, and ways to measure success.
Due to a Non-disclosure agreement, the project cannot be shared until 2024. Check back in the future to see the project.
Managerial Economics
As an analysis for the class, Arianna chose to examine Starbucks Coffee Company’s Expansion via Production Efficiency Decisions. The results of her research showed Starbucks utilized product design, quality control, location, organizational structure and maintenance to their advantage.
